I apologize for the dearth of musings this week. We’ve had some great times with friends but beyond that, it’s been pretty dull. I was hoping this morning to be able to report a return of my prophetic dreams (back in the late 80s, I was known to dream about which middle school homeroom Geoff would be in BEFORE they posted the class assignments…), but alas, even that is a bust. I dreamed last night that Baby Dunbar received the name Patrick Henry upon his birth yesterday. It seems the world will never know Patrick Henry Dunbar but I bet Owen William Dunbar will be every bit as revolutionary if he wants to be! (CONGRATS TO THE DUNBARS!!)
The latest update (14 weeks) was kinda dull– Baboo is the size of a lemon. Slightly more interesting is that (s)he is now covered with a layer of fur which (s)he CLEARLY gets from his/her Daddy!!! Said Daddy is finishing up his second week of Sports Marketing and Sports Management grad school classes and looking forward to the more science-y ones that start the week after next. He has found a tasty local sandwich shop in Westminster, however, so all seems to be well there.
I’m not sure I know anything else. See–DULL!! I’ve been kinda nostalgic (or is it sentimental?) about Baylor lately. For my Texan readership (and AKH)–I am sad to report that Buzzard Billy’s Armadillo Bar and Grillo is closing. So many good times there. Whoever is the first to post a comment naming what Seth ordered for the group the first time you all met him gets the prize of hanging out with me in Dallas in August. :-) Might as well make this post more interesting!!
Happy Friday, everyone!
