So as of yesterday, Thor could survive outside the belly if he decided to come out. This has put me into another level of panic. Before yesterday the pregnancy wasn’t very real. I guess it was a form of self-protection. But now I feel as though I have to pay more attention to what’s going on. This is difficult as I still don’t feel much movement except when I’m trying to go to sleep, which has also gotten more difficult. The need to pee every hour also makes for a pretty restless night. But I guess I’ll have to get used to that! :)
I’m anxious to get the nursery done. I know it’s early, but it would be fun to work on. We ordered furniture, but it won’t be in for another 8 weeks so there’s not much we can do before then.
When did the need to get up every hour during the night begin? That’s going to be REALLY annoying for me! I’m basically at one extra trip now; of course, I do sleep for 9-10 hours a night so even a regular person might have to get up during that span!
Congrats on making it so smoothly this far! I hope Baboo is as kind to me as Thor has been to you.

Congrats on 24 weeks! I remember feeling relieved at that point and it does make it more real. Hopefully the hourly peeing thing will get better soon. Maybe Thor can swim around a bit and come to rest in a different position for awhile (with less kicking of your bladder). The 3rd trimester, especially the end, is all about the peeing. It’s a full time job. I figure the night peeing is just getting me used to getting up with the baby….

Em~
I would say it started in the last month. But it happens all day long too. It feels like you have to pee so bad, but you pee almost nothing at all. It’s a cruel joke!
